Easton's weddings center on the historic Tidewater Inn, with art-museum receptions and an Art Deco theater close by.
As Talbot County's seat and downtown hub, Easton centers its weddings on the historic Tidewater Inn, which is already booking 2028 dates. The Academy Art Museum and the Talbot Historical Society's one-acre garden host intimate ceremonies, rehearsal dinners and private parties, and the 400-seat Avalon Theatre takes corporate and private rentals.
The Avalon opened in 1922 as The New Theatre and got its Art Deco redesign in 1934, a ready-made inspiration for a glam black-and-white strip. Easton's arts-and-sporting identity peaks every November, when the Waterfowl Festival fills downtown for three days.
