The first stop over the Bay Bridge, and home to a cluster of Queen Anne's County's bayfront wedding venues.
At the Eastern Shore end of the Bay Bridge, Kent Island has a cluster of bayfront wedding venues: resort weddings at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club and the 220-acre Kent Island Resort, beach-and-boardwalk ceremonies at Silver Swan Bayside, and seafood-house banquets at Fisherman's Inn in Kent Narrows.
Kent Island is the largest island in the Chesapeake Bay, and William Claiborne's 1631 trading post here is the oldest English settlement in present-day Maryland. Pair that heritage with bridge-view photos and you've got a strip design guests will keep.
